Jules partners with Generac Senior Executives on strategic planning, Human Resource development and organizational strategy. She analyzes the requirements for talent acquisition, recruiting, onboarding, talent development, retention and passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Alongside her team, Jules promotes the Generac Grid Services culture, evolving a work environment into a community environment. Receiving a BS in Political Science from the University of Denver, she has been an HR practitioner for almost 20 years. Jules previously served as the Head of HR over North and South America with other technology-based companies. When she’s not working, she spends her time outdoors with family, friends and her dog. Jules enjoys hiking, beaching, volunteering, traveling and attending musical events.
