Nicholle has over ten years of experience in energy efficiency program engagement and implementation. At Generac Grid Services, Nicholle manages electric vehicle (EV) charging programs, where she routinely engages with utility representatives, designs programs, and ensures end-customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining Generac Grid Services, Nicholle was a Project Client Manager with Leidos Engineering, LLC. At Leidos, Nicholle developed and maintained the AMPLIFY™ software platform’s equipment database. She also managed accounts for corporate customers participating in utility energy efficiency programs. Nicholle worked collaboratively with National Grid New York Program Managers in the execution of various utility programs implemented by Leidos. Further, she engaged with HVAC distributors and installers for Leidos’ joint utility program participation initiative with Lennox. In her free time, Nicholle enjoys reading and hiking with her two dogs.
