Michael has 15 years of experience in management consulting and the energy industry. At Generac Grid Services, he identifies macroeconomic and regulatory trends in the energy industry and translates them into actionable business insights for senior executives. Michael regularly speaks about his work and contributes to industry publications. Prior to his current role, he spent nearly ten years at Eversource Energy, the largest utility in New England, where he led the regulatory and strategic direction of the company’s behind-the-meter peak load reduction programs. Michael holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MA in international economics and energy policy from the Johns Hopkins University. Michael’s travels have taken him to 31 countries and counting. He’s been to five continents and aims to one day reach all seven.
